SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products are handmade and therefore, we take great care when it comes to delivery.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:

Standard delivery– through Royal Mail/DHL/DPD within 7 working days (fully tracked service). The charges would be £7.

Deliveries to IRELAND & SCOTLAND please allow extra 1-2 days

Delivery will be made to single specified address by a carrier of our choice.

Please ensure correct address is given at the time of order, amendments made once items posted will not be honoured.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Please contact us at enquiries@chefi.co.uk for any international delivery.

Please allow 14 working days for international delivery (fully tracked service), based on DHL/international shipping time frames.

We are not responsible for any delays/additional taxes incurred for custom duties to the destination country.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely happy with your Chefi, you can return the product for a full refund to the original payment (excluding shipping) within 14 days of purchase.

The item has to be in a perfect, unused condition for us to honour a full refund. Please ensure that all packaging and sales receipts are returned with the product.

Once you return the product, a refund will be credited to your account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account.
